These guys are fantastic! I called them out of the blue as I had what turned out to be a very rare Grohe water filtration system and it was malfunctioning. Most plumbers have never heard of it - spent a month with Grohe customer service trying to fix it, and they couldn't - so I was getting despaired and banging my head for buying it in the first place. The Grohe person was able to point me to only two places around Boston that could possibly help me. I called one place closer to me first and I could never get them to return my phone calls, let alone listen to my issue. Then I called Bilo, they confirmed that they serviced my area, and even better: they had exactly the same filter in their office. Before I knew it, their repair person Ian was at my home and replaced the whole system (in the meantime, I got a replacement system from the dealer where I bought it), and the final bill came lower that what was quoted as Ian spent less time than anticipated - honest and fair, very professional, and much appreciated! I am one happy customer - thank you Bilo!
